How Do I Update My APN Information inside my Kolki?
Please ensure that your SIM Card is not locked and there is adequate funds on your SIM Card. You can also check that your SIM Card is working, you can do this by phoning the watch to see if it receives phone calls.
After that you should send the text message, that is an SMS, from your smartphone to the watch to set the correct APN. That is the data network which the simcard should use. Below is the instruction of the SMS you should text to your phone number inside the watch.
AMEND APN INFO
1) pw,123455,apn is fixed can NOT be changed.
2) APN name please refer to each Operator/service provide for correct name.
3) user name and password can blank or you have one.

Then you will be able to set the watch inside the app and sync properly. The most important thing is to have the correct APN information. Please contact your service provider and they will be able to supply this to you.
